Yankees reach agreement with Carlos Rodon

The New York Post first reported the deal.

Rodon set a personal record for wins with the San Francisco Giants in 2022 by compiling a 14-8 record with a 2.88 ERA and made the All-Star team for the second time.

His 31 starts and 178 innings were the highest numbers of his career following his 2021 season, in which he was 13-5 with a career-best 2.37 ERA for the Chicago White Sox.

Rodon, 30, who was the third overall selection in the 2014 first-year player draft out of NC State, has a career record of 56-46 with a 3.60 ERA and 947 strikeouts in 152 games.
