LeBron James remains injured

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James will not play in Tuesday’s game against the Phoenix Suns, it was announced.

James has been dealing with a sprained left ankle. He missed Sunday’s 129-118 loss to the Denver Nuggets.

The Lakers are two games behind the San Antonio Spurs for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

Even if Los Angeles wins its last four games, the Spurs would have to finish 1-3 in their last four games for the Lakers to get the 10th seed.
