Floyd-Logan exhibition will have no judges.

The exhibition boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul will not produce an official winner, but that doesn’t mean a stoppage can’t happen.

Mayweather vs. Paul will have no judges in the ring and no official winner will be announced. However, the spokesperson said knockouts are not prohibited and any stoppage would be at the referee’s discretion.

The polarizing fight between the legendary boxer and the YouTube star is scheduled for Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. It will be distributed by Showtime pay-per-view.

The show, which consists of eight three-minute rounds, is not officially sanctioned by the Florida State Boxing Commission, which is overseen by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, according to a spokesman. However, a commission referee will be provided.

Mayweather and Paul will not have helmets and will wear 10-ounce gloves, after the Florida State Boxing Commission on Thursday made official a request from both camps to switch from 12-ounce gloves. The spokesman said the promotion could hold some sort of vote for the winner, but it will not be recognized as official. An exhibition does not count toward professional records.

Because of the vast difference in size and experience between the two men, the Florida State Boxing Commission could not, by rule, regulate the bout as an official professional boxing match. Paul weighed in at 199.4 pounds for his 2019 pro debut, a loss to KSI, another YouTube star. Mayweather has fought most recently at 154 and 147 pounds.

Mayweather, 44, is 50-0 as a professional boxer, and one of the best of all time. Paul, 26, is 0-1.
